Recently, Soberon Developments was given a huge compliment from a routine property inspection.... Bob from "The Investors Club" has been conducting property inspections for their clients for 9.5 years and was taken back by the quality of our development. Bob conducts these inspections before their clients take ownership of their property so that there are no hidden surprises. Bob conducts on average approximately 130 inspections each month in South East Queensland. He said that in his 9.5 years of inspections, he has never seen a building finished this well. He went on to say that Arena Apartments are the best finished hi-rise apartments he has seen.
